SoloStack Sessions

Learn to use AI.
Build something real.

One-on-one sessions built around your business — not a generic curriculum. You choose how far you want to go: put AI to work in your existing workflow, or build and ship your own tool. We work on your screen, with your tools, at your pace.

Who this is for

Most business owners have tried AI tools and felt like they were missing something. They were. The gap is not intelligence — it is knowing how to give the right instructions, connect the right tools, and build something that actually runs in the background while you do real work.

88% of employees use AI at work. Only 5% use it in ways that fundamentally change how they work. The difference is not access to better tools — it is execution. It is someone sitting with your specific workflow and showing you exactly what to do.

SoloStack Sessions are one-on-one, 90-minute working sessions. Remote via screen share, with the recording delivered after. Calgary in-person available on request. You leave each session with something working — not notes, not ideas.

Two tracks

Choose how far you want to go.

Track 1

AI in Your Business

For business owners who want AI to actually work in their specific workflow — without building anything from scratch.

$1,500

4 sessions · 90 min each

  • Working automation (Zapier or Make)
  • Prompt library for your use cases
  • Branded AI assistant tuned to your business

Outcome: "I am saving 5+ hours a week and AI sounds like me, not a robot."

Track 2

Build Your Own Thing

For more ambitious clients who have an idea and want to ship it — using no-code and AI-native tools, without needing to hire a developer.

$3,000

8 sessions · 90 min each

  • Full automation suite connected to your real data
  • MCP server setup — Claude connected to your own systems
  • A working app or tool, built and deployed

Outcome: "I shipped something. It is live. People use it."

Track 1 — session by session

AI in Your Business

01

AI audit

We map your current workflow and identify the three highest-leverage spots where AI can save you the most time. You leave with a clear action plan — not a generic list of tools.

02

Prompt mastery

We work through your actual use cases: emails, proposals, client communication, research, reports. You stop getting mediocre output and start getting first drafts you are actually happy with.

03

Your first automation

We build something live together — a real workflow using Zapier or Make that runs in the background and saves you time this week. Not a demo. Something that works.

04

Your branded AI assistant

We set up a Claude Project tuned to your business voice, your context, and your most common tasks. It knows your company, your tone, and your clients.

Track 2 — session by session

Build Your Own Thing

01–02

Foundation

AI fundamentals and prompt mastery — compressed from Track 1 into two focused sessions. The fastest path to being productive.

03–04

Automation stack

Build real automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier — connected to your actual CRM, inbox, calendar, or database. Branching logic, multi-step workflows, AI steps.

05–06

MCP and API connections

Connect Claude directly to your own data — your CRM records, your documents, your spreadsheets. You understand what APIs are and how to use them without needing to code.

07–08

Build and ship

Build a real tool using Lovable, Bolt, or Claude Code. Deploy it. Something with your name on it that other people can use.

When you outgrow the sessionsIf a build becomes more complex than what you can maintain yourself, we offer full done-for-you custom development. Sessions clients move to builds at a discounted rate — we already know your business.

Ongoing retainer

Stay current as the tools evolve.

AI tools are changing faster than any course can track. The right stack in January looks different in June. A monthly retainer keeps you ahead without requiring you to follow the news yourself.

Stay Current

For clients who have completed a track

$500

per month

  • 2 sessions per month (60 min each)
  • Async support between sessions (email or Slack)
  • Monthly briefing: what changed in AI and what matters to your business
  • Hands-on with any new tool before you invest time in it yourself

Why not a course

85–90% of people who buy a course never finish it.

Your workflow, not a generic tutorial

YouTube can show you how to use n8n. It cannot look at your specific tools, your specific data, and say "here is exactly how to wire this for your business." That translation gap is what a session closes.

You leave with something working

Every session ends with a deliverable — not notes, not ideas. A working automation, a finished prompt, a deployed tool. The deadline creates the forcing function.

AI tools change too fast for recorded courses

A course recorded six months ago is already partly wrong. What we cover in a session reflects what works right now, with the current tools, at the current capability level.

No wasted time on things that do not apply to you

A 6-week bootcamp covers everything for everyone. A session covers exactly what you need and skips the rest. Most clients cover more ground in 4 sessions than they would in a 30-hour course.
